OUR PLATFORM

We don't use meeting tools like Teams or Zoom. We've built our own conference platform to make sure that the Speaker & Attendee experience is awesome. This means you get to present in a virtual session room that attendees can access with no stress!

We play out your pre-recorded session as though it is live. This gives you chance to answer questions in your virtual session room as your session plays out. Please note: If you'd like a live Q and A at the end of your session then we do have the capability  to do this. [Read more... ]


how we say "thank you"

All of our Virtual Events are free to attend and we don't ask for paid sponsorship (sometimes trades). However, we do sell "All-Access Passes" allowing people to upgrade their experience. Although, we can't commit to paying you we are very appreciative and have some wonderful ways of saying "thanks"... (So far, after every event, we've also sent Speakers an Amazon Voucher :).

As a big thank you we will give you access to our Virtual Events (new and old) sessions + Ebooks for a period of 12 months. That's around 100 Ebooks, 1 Teams Admin Training Course, 310+ Sessions. The Gold Pass includes all of this content

Priority Affiliates

We prefer to pay you instead of spending thousands on Twitter and Facebook Ads. When we launch an Event we will invite you to become an affiliate. If you generate any sales we give you 30%.

our virtual Events are a bit different ...

We've been running virtual events since 2014 & have learned a lot! This extensive experience has led us to do things a bit differently from many other events.

 We spend thousands on paid ads (to attract a massive crowd) and run our sessions "hybrid-live" to ensure an amazing attendee and speaker experience. These are 2 of our major differences, so we've shared our reasoning in the articles below.

They're free!

Here at Collab365 we're passionate about bringing you the latest information about Microsoft Products and Services. We also believe that it should be affordable for all. Our Events are free to attend at the scheduled times and an All-Access Pass is available if you can't make those dates.

SUSTAINABLE

We're also doing our bit to help with global warming. Our virtual conferences use a fraction of the Carbon of their physical counterparts. You need power and an internet connection to join in, but there is no travel or accommodation to offset, nor any plastic cups to throw away afterwards.

Chat With Peers

It's great to just sit back, watch and listen to the sessions, however attendees can also get involved by joining the discussion in chat and by asking the speaker questions. This interaction with other attendees and speakers is a great way to feel more connected.

Will my session by live?

Our sessions are prerecorded to ensure we have the best possible streaming quality and experience. However, our conference platform plays each session as though it is "live", meaning every attendee sees the same second at the same time. This allows you, the speakers, to answer attendee questions during the presentation without interrupting the flow. Feedback since we switched to this approach has been overwhelmingly positive. 

How do I record my session?

We have put together some guidance on how to create the perfect session that will leave your attendees begging for more!..Take a look

Do I have to attend my session?

We prefer it if you can attend your session as it allows you to answer attendee questions whilst the the presentation is underway.  People love the access they get to the speakers with this approach. 

Do I have to write an EBook?

You don't have to, however there is the option to do this and earn $250.  Here is some more information if you are interested in creating an EBook for your session. 

Will I get paid?

We don't pay you directly for your session however you will receive some fantastic benefits for being a Speaker. Take a look at our section on How we say thank you!

Can I share my session afterwards?

We would love the content to stay exclusive to the attendees that support us. In return, we will give you a Gold Pass allowing to you access hundreds of sessions and Ebooks. If you still would like to share your session (instead of a Gold Pass), please let us know before submitting.

We aim to have 1 main event every 3 months, each main event usually has a number of warm up days associated with it.

GlobalCon5 is our first multi-day virtual summit for 2021! At this event we expect to offer more session formats (turbo sessions, longer sessions, discussions, A-M-As and drop in rooms).
